Introduction
This series pilot pressure reactor is widely used in scale up and small-scale production, pilot pressure autoclave. This reactor adopt explosion-proof control cabinet, explosion proof motor, and explosion proof electric heating rod and cable, which applicated in flameable, easy explosion reaction process.
Volume: 50liters, 100litres, 200litres, 500liters, 1000litres.
Pressure: 20bar, 50bar, 100bar
Temperature: Up to 350℃
Wet material：SS304, SS316, Hastelloy C276, Nickel, Titanium, Zirconium, etc.
Heating method：Oil electric heating; Explosion proof heating rod set on the bottom of jacket
Seal type: Magnetic coupling drive agitator

With manual lifting devices, easy to open the heavy cover lid.
Pressure gauge display and temperature sensor.
Internal cooling coils with water tap;
